• Clients, business partners or authorised service personnel where disclosure is necessary to deliver an agreed service and is lawful.

Closeify does not authorise the sale of personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Service providers receiving information must handle it in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Payments may be processed through Closeify’s authorised Razorpay checkout pages or against a valid invoice issued by Closeify.

Payment processing may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant payment service provider. Closeify does not intend to collect or store complete payment-card credentials, banking passwords, UPI PINs or similar authentication secrets through ordinary website enquiry forms. Users should never disclose such credentials to Closeify representatives.
